Physical delivery is required for Sworn, Notarised, and Apostille translations, as these services require original signed and stamped documents. For Certified translations, physical delivery may be recommended depending on the requirements of the receiving authority.

For deliveries within Jordan, we use trusted courier providers such as DHL, Aramex, or other reliable delivery partners to ensure fast and secure handling of documents. We do not use standard postal services within Jordan in order to maintain speed, reliability, and proper tracking of important documents. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

For deliveries outside Jordan, documents are shipped through DHL or Aramex, providing reliable international delivery with full shipment tracking. Once the shipment is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you so you can follow your documents until they arrive safely at their destination.
